Termination of MasterCard Net service

As of 5:00 p.m. on August 31, 2020, we will no longer be issuing new cards. Thank you very much for your continued patronage. Please note that MasterCard NetHas issued by August 31 will be valid until 17:00 on September 30, 2020.

Thank you for choosing Chocom e-money service.
As shown in the table below, MasterCard Net, which has been used for a long time, will be terminated at 17:00 on September 30, 2020.
For this reason, the cards that are currently issued and have a validity period of 2 months will not be issued again until 17:00 on August 31, 2020, and you can use the card until the end of the following month (Issued in July until the end of August).

*2 With the Mastercard Net Disposable type, unused balances can be transferred to an electronic money savings box before the expiration date. (Chocom member registration is required to transfer the balance.)

3. The mail will be sent. Please click the link in the mail.

4. Fill in the issuance amount, card holder name and others, choose the convenience stores for charge and then click “Next”.
※Available in units of 1 Yen.
※The max value of issuance is JPY 49,999.

5. Click “Next” after confirming the information.
Issuing fee will be charged for Mastercard® Net issuance.

STEP2To Pay At Convenience Stores

1. Please pay at the convenience stores. “Payment Number in Convenience Store” and “Phone Number for Input” is necessary for payment.

2. “Issuance Page” link will be sent via mail after the payment is confirmed.

STEP3To Issue

Please click the link of “Issuance Page” in the mail. Mastercard® number and more information will be displayed.

The issuance procedure is completed. Mastercard® could be used on available websites as credit cards.

STEP4To Shop

Please check your information of Mastercard® Net before using.

  • Please select the payment method as Credit Cards. (The service of Mastercard has to be available.)

Pay With Mastercard® Net

  • Please enter your information of Mastercard® Net on the credit card payment form of the shopping website, and proceed with the payment.
    If 3D security code is requested (to confirm the user) in the process, please enter your certification passwords of Mastercard®Net.

入金（発行申込後、コンビニで支払い）されてから、６ヶ月間カードの発行手続きが出来ます。６ヶ月を超えると発行手続きができなくなりますので、ご注意ください。

カードの利用有効期限は、カードを発行した時点の日の翌月を１ヶ月目として5ヶ月目の月末までです。この期間を超えるとご利用できなくなりますので、ご注意ください。

  • 一時的に二重の引き落としが行われる事象について
    お店では、注文時に与信(オーソリゼーション) 処理、出荷時に売上処理を行う際、それぞれの内容を紐付ける処理を行いますが、一部のお店ではその処理を実施しないケースがあります。この場合に二度引き落としが発生してしまいます。弊社ではこの場合、順次補正を行っておりますが、この補正に多少お時間をいただく場合がありますので予めご了承ください。
  • 注文のキャンセル、または、注文内容変更に伴う返金について
    お客さまがお支払したお取引を取消し(キャンセル・返品など)した場合でも、いったんお客さまの残高からご利用代金が引き落とされることがあります。また、注文後に、配送場所が遠隔地のため送料が変更になった場合や、付帯サービスに申し込んだ場合も、追加でご利用代金が引き落とされることがあります。この際、弊社ではお店からのキャンセル情報（キャンセルのオーソリゼーション）に基づき返金手続を行っております。一部のお店では、注文を取消しした場合、返金が1週間から、最大2ヶ月程度かかる場合があります。(与信処理を行った後、注文のキャンセルを行っても、実際にはお店が与信の取り消しを行わない場合がこれに該当します。)返金を急ぐ場合は、お店に「キャンセルのオーソリゼーション(与信取消)をカード会社に送ってください」とご依頼ください。
